I worked with Amy for 1:1 sessions with to help me getting ready for the Bath Half Marathon.  Amy is a very knowledgeable, positive, charming and energetic person, and fun to work with. 

I have achieved many tangible results with Amy as she got the best out of me in terms of agility, performance, stamina, weight-loss and even my sleep hours and quality improved recently. Amy is really great to work with as she can adapt to your needs, for example, lockdown didn't stop us from exercising (virtually or socially distant in the park), and as someone who personally loves team sports, so Amy will always motivates me, even if that means she will a run alongside me when we there is running in the session, or workout together (literally).

Amy was my PT for a while when I was working in Bath and I would highly recommend her! She was always prepared for our sessions and pushed me more than I would have done on my own but always with positivity and enthusiasm! She was very professional and good to talk to and I always looked forward to my sessions there! 

Amy also had my aims and objectives in mind when creating plans so they felt very personal to me. An excellent PT!
