Hi, I'm Amy.

Playing competitive sport has played a huge part in my life. It is only recently that I have truly realised how much of an impact it has had on the person I am today. Regardless of age or competitive level thriving towards a sporting goal gives me my spark.

Physical activity has always been my favourite kind of hobby too (Shock, I know!). Whether I am walking, paddle boarding or goofing around practicing handstands. I simply love the way I feel when I am moving. Not only for my body, but for my mind

My Coaching Philosophy 

My goal as a coach is to help you reach your physical potential. Regardless of age, or current ability we will focus on where you want to be, and how we can get you there. 

Much of the work I do is focused on building strength and general conditioning allowing your body to move optimally. The knowledge and principles I apply come from a background in Sport and Exercise Science and over 12 years experience in applied practice. 

Whilst, encouraging a fun, rewarding and healthy mindset towards Sport and Exercise. 

I adopt an open client-coach relationship. This means that you get your say too! No one understands your body and mind better than you. That is knowledge that should not be underrated. 

I believe in a balanced approach to your Health and Fitness. I aim to help you find how you can fit an enjoyable and effective fitness regime into your current schedule. I want to allow you to reach your fitness goals, with minimal stress and without having to compromise on life to get there.
